How our No-Scar Technique Works

At the heart of our no-scar technique is our unique surgical method.

Unlike traditional methods, such as the pull-through technique, which require a poke hole on the chest or around the nipple, our approach uses tiny, hidden poke holes in the armpit, ensuring no visible scars from the front. This technique delivers the precision of open glandular excision while achieving a more discreet, natural-looking result—leaving you with a natural sculpted chest and undetectable scars.

Step 1: Armpit Poke Hole

One small poke hole (2 to 3 mm) is made in each armpit. A tumescent solution containing a local anesthetic and vasoconstrictor is infiltrated into the treatment area.

Step 2: Fat & Gland Removal

PAL liposuction is then performed with special curved liposuction cannulas. After the excess fat has been removed and the gland is isolated, we then use our dedicated equipment. Using our no scar technique, we can more easily and predictably remove as much or as little glandular tissue as we wish through the 2 to 3mm poke hole in the armpit.

Recovery and Post-Operative Care

With an even smaller poke hole site than traditional pull-through technique. Patients can expect the majority of recovery to be complete in as short as 1-2 weeks.

What to Expect After Surgery

Mild swelling and bruising for the first 1-2 weeks
Compression garment worn for 4-6 weeks to support healing and shape the chest
Minimal discomfort, typically managed with over-the-counter pain medication
Numbness or sensitivity changes around the chest area, which gradually improves
Sutures (if used) are dissolvable and do not require removal

Activity and Mobility Guidelines

First 24-48 hours: Rest and avoid strenuous movement
First 1-2 weeks: Light activities only, no heavy lifting or exercise
After 2 weeks: Gradual return to normal activities, avoiding chest exercises
After 4-6 weeks: Resume full workouts, including weightlifting and cardio
