Dr. Roberto Tutino is a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He has been practicing medicine since 2008 and received his board certification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2013 following a 5 year Plastic Surgery residency.

At Toronto Gynecomastia Center, we have pioneered the most minimally invasive gynecomastia surgery in the world, offering exceptional results with no perceptible scarring. Our no scar technique is designed for individuals with mild to moderate gynecomastia, delivering outcomes that look flawless whether in a T-shirt or shirtless. This advanced approach involves a single small poke hole (2-3 mm) in each armpit, that results in post-surgery scars that are virtually undetectable. This technique combines innovation, precision, and aesthetics for outstanding, natural-looking results.

The most minimally invasive Gynecomastia Surgery in the World

Step 1 - Minor Poke Hole

One small poke hole (2 to 3 mm) is made in each armpit. A tumescent solution containing a local anesthetic and vasoconstrictor is infiltrated into the treatment area. PAL liposuction is then performed with special curved liposuction cannulas.

Step 2 - Gland Removal

After the excess fat has been removed and the gland is isolated, we than use our dedicated equipment. Using our technique, we can more easily and predictably remove as much or as little glandular tissue as we wish through the 2 to 3mm poke hole in the armpit.
